REGperi-C is a combination medication containing Domperidone and Cinnarizine, used primarily to treat nausea, vomiting, and vertigo (dizziness) caused by inner ear disorders or gastrointestinal disturbances. Domperidone is a prokinetic agent that enhances the movement of the stomach and intestines, helping food pass more easily through the digestive tract. It also acts on the brain's vomiting center to prevent nausea and vomiting. This makes it especially useful for people experiencing discomfort due to delayed gastric emptying or digestive issues. Cinnarizine is an antihistamine that reduces symptoms of motion sickness, vertigo, and balance disorders by acting on the inner ear and brain centers responsible for balance.
