FYTOclind-N is a topical gel formulated with Clindamycin Phosphate 1% and Nicotinamide 4%, designed to treat mild to moderate acne. Clindamycin is a lincosamide antibiotic that works by inhibiting the growth of acne-causing bacteria, particularly Propionibacterium acnes, on the skin. It helps reduce the number and severity of acne lesions by decreasing inflammation and preventing bacterial proliferation. Nicotinamide, also known as niacinamide, is a form of vitamin B3 with proven anti-inflammatory and skin-soothing properties.
